Building the AI knowledge layer for boutique professional services firms, and running the GTM that sells it.
Bailey Darling co-founded Gia, where boutique professional services firms turn their own playbooks and methodologies into a knowledge system their clients can use directly. He runs the go-to-market side himself, which means the pipeline, the demos, the activation and the weekly numbers all pass through him. Before Gia he worked in demand generation at LeadSift, which is where most of his agency network comes from. His skills encode the parts of a founder-led motion that have to run on a fixed cadence to work at all.
One command for Claude Code, a prompt for Claude or ChatGPT, or a ZIP of every skill folder.
Help me install the 5 skills by Bailey Darling from this GitHub URL in Claude: https://github.com/agiea-brain/agency-skills/tree/main/skills/bailey-darling Prepare only the skills in that folder, not other skills in the repository. Inspect each complete skill folder, not just SKILL.md. Preserve the original instructions and include all supporting files (such as references, scripts, templates and assets), keeping their relative paths intact. Package each skill as a downloadable ZIP containing its skill folder with SKILL.md directly inside that folder. If a skill only contains SKILL.md, package that folder too. Give me the download link for each ZIP and walk me through uploading and enabling it under Settings, Capabilities, Skills in Claude. If you cannot access GitHub or create downloadable files here, explain what I need to download and how to package and upload it myself. Do not invent missing files or claim the skill is installed before I upload it.
Paste this prompt into Claude. It packages each skill folder as a ZIP, supporting files included, and walks you through uploading them under Settings, Capabilities, Skills.
Use this skill before a check-in with a client who has signed but whose work is not yet live with the people it was built for, when the call is about to become another status update. Produces a prep card: the one milestone this call exists to move, where they actually are against it, what is blocking it, and the agenda to send. Also use for "prep my check-in with [client]", "they signed but nothing's happening", "client call prep", "onboarding call".
Use this skill when the pipeline is thin and the best available list is the clients who already left, or when something has changed at the firm that makes a past engagement worth revisiting. Produces a sorted list of who is worth reaching, what changed since they left, and a message per person that does not pretend the gap never happened. Also use for "reach out to past clients", "win back churned accounts", "who should I re-engage", "we've changed, tell the people who left".
Use this skill when there is a list of firms worth working with and no warm way in, or when outbound is the only channel running and the network that could replace it has never been mapped. Produces a path per target account: who in the network can reach it, how strong that connection is, what to ask them for, and the message that makes the ask easy to say yes to. Also use for "who do I know at [company]", "map my network", "find a warm intro", "who can introduce me".
Use this skill in the ten minutes after a first call or pitch, while it is still fresh and before the next one starts. Produces the record update, the follow-up written in their words, and an honest read on whether this is real. Also use for "debrief that call", "write the follow-up", "update the deal", "was that a good call".
Use this skill on the same day every week to see where new business actually comes from, when the numbers live in five different places and nobody agrees what a qualified call is. Produces one row per week, appended to a running history: traffic and outbound by channel, calls booked against calls held, fit, signed work, and revenue split by segment, with the one thing that changed. Also use for "weekly numbers", "where are leads coming from", "how many calls did we hold", "refresh the funnel".
