I help agencies and consulting firms turn how their firm thinks into something they can deploy to clients when they are not in the room.
Tukan Das co-founded Gia, where agencies and consulting firms turn their own frameworks and judgment into a system they can deploy inside a client's environment. He previously co-founded and sold LeadSift, which served several hundred customers before being acquired by Foundry in 2021, and his view of this market comes from several hundred conversations with the owners of boutique agencies and consulting firms, first while deciding what to build and again while rebuilding it around what he calls Always On Consulting. His skills encode the parts of winning and positioning work that depend on hearing what a prospect actually said and writing it back to them without flattening it into category language.
One command for Claude Code, a prompt for Claude or ChatGPT, or a ZIP of every skill folder.
Help me install the 7 skills by Tapajyoti (Tukan) Das from this GitHub URL in Claude: https://github.com/agiea-brain/agency-skills/tree/main/skills/tapajyoti-das Prepare only the skills in that folder, not other skills in the repository. Inspect each complete skill folder, not just SKILL.md. Preserve the original instructions and include all supporting files (such as references, scripts, templates and assets), keeping their relative paths intact. Package each skill as a downloadable ZIP containing its skill folder with SKILL.md directly inside that folder. If a skill only contains SKILL.md, package that folder too. Give me the download link for each ZIP and walk me through uploading and enabling it under Settings, Capabilities, Skills in Claude. If you cannot access GitHub or create downloadable files here, explain what I need to download and how to package and upload it myself. Do not invent missing files or claim the skill is installed before I upload it.
Paste this prompt into Claude. It packages each skill folder as a ZIP, supporting files included, and walks you through uploading them under Settings, Capabilities, Skills.
Use this skill when an engagement went well and has never been written up, usually because nobody remembers the numbers and nobody knows what the client will allow. Produces a publishable case study plus the approval list: the before with real specifics, the firm's named approach, results with periods and sources, draft quotes marked for sign-off, and an anonymous version that still works. Also use for "this one went well, write it up", "case study for", "customer story", "we need proof for the website".
Use this skill when the firm is profitable on paper and still worried about payroll, or before any commitment that spans a few months. Produces a thirteen-week view of money in and money out, the weeks that go tight, what causes each one, and the two or three moves that fix them while there is still time. Also use for "can we afford this hire", "will we make payroll", "cash flow forecast", "when do we get tight".
Use this skill when the firm is busy and the money does not reflect it, or before any decision about which clients to keep. Produces what each client actually earns per hour once revisions, account management and unbilled calls are counted, ranked, with the ones losing money named. Also use for "which clients actually make money", "effective hourly rate", "why are we busy and broke", "is this client worth it".
Use this skill when a proposal is due and it is about to be the last one with the name changed. Produces a proposal built from what the prospect actually said: their situation in their own words, the firm's named approach, scope with explicit exclusions, the objection they already raised answered directly, pricing options, and the proof the firm can stand behind. Also use for "I need a proposal out tonight", "respond to this RFP", "write the SOW", "pitch document".
Use this skill when a topic has been chosen and a writer needs to produce something that sounds like the firm rather than like anyone. Produces a brief they can work from without three follow-up questions: the reader in a line, the angle as a claim, the firm's actual position with sources, the structure marked for priority, the usable evidence, and what to avoid. Also use for "brief this for the writer", "what's the angle", "write the content brief", "hand this topic off".
Use this skill to lock one goal for the quarter, then to judge any new idea, channel, pitch or partnership against it before it eats a month. Two modes: setup produces the goal in one sentence with a measure and an explicit not-doing list; filter produces a one-line verdict on an idea, what it displaces, and a sentence the owner can say out loud. Also use for "should we even be doing this", "set the quarterly goal", "is this a distraction", "what are we saying no to".
Use this skill when something real happened with a client and it is sitting unused because the story feels too specific to publish or too confidential to tell. Produces three to five distinct angles out of the one story, each with a drafted opening, who it is aimed at, and what has to be removed or approved first. Also use for "is there a post in this", "turn this into content", "can I write about this client", "we had a win".
