Kickoff, scope, reviews and the moments a relationship is won or lost.
Use this skill before a check-in with a client who has signed but whose work is not yet live with the people it was built for, when the call is about to become another status update. Produces a prep card: the one milestone this call exists to move, where they actually are against it, what is blocking it, and the agenda to send. Also use for "prep my check-in with [client]", "they signed but nothing's happening", "client call prep", "onboarding call".
Use this skill in the week after a client leaves, while the record is still readable and before the story settles into whatever is least uncomfortable. Produces the real cause separated from the stated one, the point the engagement actually turned, what would have caught it, and whether this one is winnable back. Also use for "they churned", "why did we lose them", "post-mortem on the account", "can we get them back".
Writes the short note that goes out when someone hands a finished piece of work to a client, partner, or teammate (a deck, a tool, a strategy doc, a spreadsheet, a package of files). Opens the deliverable, pulls the last call with the person getting it, then drafts "Hey [name]! Here's [the thing]. Quick rundown:" with four to six plain bullets and a casual close, plus a short "before you send" list of anything sensitive. Use when the user says "/rundown", "bullets I can send along to [person]", "as I pass this over to them", "give them the rundown on what it is and how to use it", "a handful of bullet points to deliver with it", "tldr I can send via Slack", "brief note to go with this", or "match the bullets you wrote for the last one". Never sends anything.
